Camps and Excursions

A developmental program for all children is aimed at creating a greater awareness and understanding of the immediate outside community, and giving children increased social and independent living skills.

Students are regularly offered opportunities to participate in a variety of incursions and excursions These may include dance lessons, performances, sporting clinics, visits to places of cultural significance, commercial centres, etc.

Camps are an integral part of school curriculum. Younger students participate in after hours meals and school sleepovers. Older students have one and two day camps away from the school; zoo sleepovers, Warrawong or the like. Our senior students have the opportunity to fly to Canberra; and stay for a week to experience all the cultural and historical museums, galleries and monuments our nation’s capital has to offer.
